Ensure end-to-end integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules We are seeking a **Senior SAP PM Consultant** with solid experience in S/4HANA to join a high\-impact implementation project in the agribusiness sector in Argentina. The position requires a functional profile with strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM), experience in end\-to\-end implementations, and the ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment. Work is performed in a hybrid model in Buenos Aires. **Responsibilities** * Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP PM module within S/4HANA * Analyze and document preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes * Develop functional documentation, including Blueprint, technical specifications, test cases, and user manuals * Configure technical objects and manage maintenance orders throughout their lifecycle * Ensure end\-to\-end integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, CO, QM, and PP * Participate in the Realization, SIT, UAT, and Go\-Live phases of the project * Provide functional support after implementation and during the stabilization phase * Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams, including ABAP, to ensure compliance with defined requirements **Requirements** * At least 3 years of professional relevant experience as a functional SAP PM Consultant * Involvement in at least 2 full\-cycle SAP PM implementations, preferably within S/4HANA * Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and asset management * Hands\-on experience with PM\-MM, PM\-CO, and PM\-QM integration scenarios * Confident English communication at B2 level or higher, in both written and spoken forms **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
