We are growing fast and looking for a driven, results\-oriented cold caller to help us expand our client base. **Position Overview** We are seeking a confident, experienced remote cold caller to generate leads and book appointments for our sales team. You will be the first voice potential clients hear — so professionalism, clarity, and persistence are a must. **Responsibilities** * Make outbound cold calls to residential and commercial prospects in the NY \& NJ area * Introduce our cleaning services and generate qualified leads * Schedule appointments and follow\-up calls for our sales team * Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records daily * Meet or exceed weekly call and lead generation targets * Follow up consistently with warm leads **Requirements** * Excellent spoken and written English — clear, professional, and confident phone presence * Minimum 1–2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience (cleaning, home services, or B2B preferred) * Reliable high\-speed internet connection (required) * Personal computer or laptop in good working condition * Quiet, professional home work environment * Self\-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently * Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets is a plus **What We Offer** * 100% remote position — work from home * Competitive base pay \+ performance bonuses/commission * Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (aligned with NY business hours) * Long\-term opportunity for the right candidate * Supportive and growing team environment Work Location: Remote Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: $7,000\.00 \- $11,000\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
