You will administer JAMS Enterprise Scheduler, develop PowerShell\-based runbooks, and integrate platforms using REST APIs and JSON—apply now to join the team. **Responsibilities** * Develop PowerShell scripts for automation workflows, test and validate them, and manage changes via source control * Build and maintain an inventory and incident tracker for JAMS Scheduler jobs, recording warnings, errors, escalations, and resolutions * Inspect scheduled job health proactively, investigate failures, resolve issues, and escalate to job owners when appropriate * Perform administration of JAMS tooling, including installations, updates, patches, and routine maintenance for clients and reporting * Set up and maintain JAMS Enterprise Scheduler and System Center Orchestrator environments to ensure strong performance * Create REST API integrations between infrastructure systems to strengthen reporting and data analysis outcomes * Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to capture automation requirements and deliver workflows * Apply configuration changes on the JAMS platform, maintain SOP documentation, and uphold strict change control protocols * Troubleshoot runbook errors, analyze root causes, and implement approved optimizations to improve performance * Participate in IT projects and provide workflow automation expertise aligned to project requirements and timelines * Assess automation gaps and recommend improvement ideas for approval and implementation * Maintain 24/7 operational readiness for business\-critical automation workflows with a focus on reliability **Requirements** * Proven background in infrastructure environments with 3 years of professional experience * Direct 2\+ years of experience with JAMS Enterprise Manager, including configuration and maintenance responsibilities * Strong proficiency with Windows Server (2012\-2019\), PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server (2012\-2017\) * Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Logic Apps * Practical familiarity with JSON scripting and REST APIs * Strong problem\-solving mindset, analytical skills, and systemic thinking with high attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a team\-oriented setting * Comfort executing tasks independently within established policies while maintaining consistent quality * Professional English at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level for written and spoken communication **Nice to have** * Degree in Information Technology or a related field * Azure or AWS certification * Experience using System Center Orchestrator 2012 or later * Familiarity with AWS services and tools * Understanding of Linux\-based environments
