We are expanding our automation capability with a Senior JAMS Automation Engineer focused on reliable scheduling in Azure and on\-prem data centers. You will maintain JAMS Enterprise Scheduler, script in PowerShell, and support integrations through REST APIs to reduce failures and improve operations—apply today. **Responsibilities** * Implement PowerShell\-based automation workflows, validate outcomes, and maintain script versions in source control * Compile and maintain a job inventory and incident tracker for JAMS Scheduler, documenting warnings, errors, escalations, and resolutions * Track job health proactively, investigate failed runs, remediate issues, and escalate to job owners when necessary * Manage JAMS ecosystem upkeep by executing installations, upgrades, patching, and maintenance for tools, clients, and reporting * Maintain JAMS Enterprise Scheduler and System Center Orchestrator environments to ensure stability and performance * Deliver REST API integrations between infrastructure systems to improve data analysis and reporting * Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to understand automation needs and produce workflow solutions * Maintain JAMS configuration standards, keep SOPs updated, and enforce strict change control processes * Diagnose runbook issues, complete root\-cause analysis, and apply approved improvements to boost performance * Assist across IT projects by contributing automation workflow expertise within agreed requirements and timelines * Review automation processes regularly and propose enhancements for approval and rollout * Maintain 24/7 operability of business\-critical automation workflows with high quality and reliability **Requirements** * Strong infrastructure experience with 3 years of professional experience * Hands\-on expertise with JAMS Enterprise Manager for 2\+ years, including configuration and maintenance * Proficiency in Windows Server (2012\-2019\), PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server (2012\-2017\) within Microsoft ecosystems * Expert\-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Logic Apps * Familiarity with JSON scripting and REST APIs for integration work * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with systemic thinking and strong attention to detail * Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and contribute in a team\-oriented environment * Capability to execute tasks independently within established policies while ensuring consistent quality * Fluent English at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level, both spoken and written **Nice to have** * Degree in Information Technology or a related field * Azure or AWS certification * Experience with System Center Orchestrator 2012 or later * Familiarity with AWS services and tools * Understanding of Linux\-based environments
