For our car rental business, we are seeking Counter Operators for our Ezeiza branch. Work schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, rotating 4-day/2-day shift pattern. Responsibilities: Process vehicle rental reservations accurately and efficiently. Promote and sell products and services to customers. Operate the point-of-sale system and maintain complete and up-to-date customer data and profiles. Collaborate with the team on customer and prospect relationship tasks to achieve objectives. Support daily operations to foster excellent relationships with key stakeholders essential to each branch’s functioning—suppliers, customers, and strategic partners. Collaborate with the Administration and Finance department to comply with administrative and accounting procedures, as well as all matters related to collections and cash handling (cash, vouchers, credit cards, negotiable instruments, etc.). Interact with fleet assistants to ensure timely and appropriate vehicle availability according to reservations and forecasted demand. Stay alert to market practices and trends that enable continuous service improvement, always striving to surpass competitors and exceed customer expectations. Assist with daily operational inventory management and restocking. Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Requirements: Valid driver’s license for automobiles (mandatory) Minimum one year of experience in customer-facing roles. Service-oriented attitude. Candidates studying Tourism or Hospitality are highly valued. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Flexible availability for work hours
