Job Summary: We are seeking students or graduates in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields with payroll processing experience to join our Human Resources Administration team. Handle technical inquiries from employees regarding their payroll We are looking for students and/or graduates in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles to join the Human Resources Administration and Payroll Management team within Rex's Human Resources Department. **Your main responsibilities will be:** **Operational Management:** Execute monthly, biweekly, SAC (Annual Bonus), and vacation payroll calculations for a workforce exceeding 800 employees. **System Administration:** Configuration and management of personnel updates in the VISMA software. **Social Security and Tax Filings:** Preparation and submission of the Monthly Tax Return, Income Tax (Category 4) withholdings, and union tax declarations. **Collective Bargaining Agreement Application:** Ensure correct application of salary scales and regulations stipulated in the Commerce Collective Bargaining Agreement, including parity agreements and non-remunerative payments. **Internal Customer Support:** Resolve technical inquiries from employees regarding their payslips and payroll. Requirements **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in mass payroll processing (mandatory experience managing payrolls for \+500 people). **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in the VISMA system (mandatory). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, logical formulas). Solid understanding of the Labor Contract Law (Law No. 20\.744\) **Competencies:** Analytical rigor, attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and ethical handling of confidential information.
