Position Summary: We are seeking a Technological Risk Analyst to strengthen proactive IT and Information Security risk management within a banking institution. Key Highlights: 1. At **FYG – For Your Growth**, we support the search for a **Technological Risk Analyst** to join a banking institution with the objective of strengthening proactive IT and Information Security risk management, ensuring the institution’s operational resilience. We seek an analytical, rigorous, and control-oriented profile, capable of anticipating risk scenarios, building robust risk matrices, and producing high-quality reporting for Senior Management. **Role Purpose** --------------------- Ensure the bank’s technological resilience through identification, assessment, and mitigation of IT and Information Security risks, contributing to the integrity of the institution’s overall risk framework and to the Board’s strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Contribute to defining and monitoring the risk management strategy, preparing reports for presentation to the Board and Committees. * Develop and maintain an up-to-date operational risk matrix, identifying critical processes, risk scenarios, and mitigation plans. * Collect and track Operational Risk incidents, monitor implementation of action plans, and recalibrate the matrix in response to new events. * Analyze IT and Information Security reports, identify and assess risks, and develop treatment plans with continuous monitoring. * Manage findings from internal and external audits, collaborating on responses and ensuring adherence to agreed timelines. **What We Are Looking For** ------------------ * Experience in IT risk and Information Security management (mandatory). * Knowledge of BCRA regulations related to technology and security (mandatory). * Experience developing risk matrices, analyzing risk scenarios, and defining mitigation plans. * Proficiency in risk management systems and tools. * Knowledge of Cybersecurity and technological infrastructure. * Strong control orientation, rigor, and preventive analytical thinking. * Ability to prepare executive reporting and present information clearly and in a structured manner.
