We are looking for a Reliability Manager responsible for the following duties: **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and monitor the Reliability Program. * Maintain equipment maintenance strategies (maintenance plans and spare parts) under a continuous improvement process. * Ensure compliance with SAP workflow procedures. One of the programs used to plan manages position movement to achieve this objective. * Ensure quality of data entered into the SAP system, generate and report maintenance metrics, and track them. * Conduct equipment failure analysis (RCA), identifying those exceeding thresholds requiring Root Cause Analysis and lead such analyses. Subsequently, track implementation of resulting action plans. * Collaborate with predictive technology providers to ensure service quality and optimization. * Supervise tasks performed by Planners and Schedulers. * Comply with requirements and responsibilities of the company’s implemented management systems. * Review reliability for each modification or design change to facilities (Management of Change \- MOC) (applies to Technical Office projects and/or Maintenance projects). * Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices and report quality and food safety deviations within the area. * Perform operational tasks in compliance with food quality and safety policies. **Required Technical Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of Reliability (desirable). * Strong communication and leadership skills (mandatory). * Experience in industrial maintenance (desirable). * Industrial technical knowledge. * Knowledge of predictive and preventive techniques. * PC proficiency: SAP system, Microsoft Excel (mandatory). * Language: Intermediate spoken and written English (desirable). **Location:** Quequen, Renova At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers with consumers to deliver essential food, feed, and fuel to the world.
