Position Objective: Responsible for telephone collection management and monitoring geolocation data provided by branches to identify customer addresses for installment collection. Main Responsibilities: Conduct fieldwork in assigned areas. • Verify addresses, contact points, and payment commitment status. • Deliver notices, letters, or debt notifications. • Gather useful information for collection management. • Coordinate field visits with the Collection Manager and assist in special cases. • Report daily updates or alerts identified on-site. • Record and update relevant customer or area data. • Adhere to professional image and conduct protocols. • Propose operational improvements to optimize field visits and routes. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — mandatory. Ability to track and monitor geolocation systems.
