Position Summary: We are seeking a Fertilizer Operator to operate and monitor receiving, storage, blending, and dispatching processes, control process variables, and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Fertilizer Operator | Fixed-Term Contract (6 months) | Rotating Shifts We are seeking a Fertilizer Operator to join an industrial operation under a fixed-term contract of 6 months, on a rotating shift schedule. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor fertilizer receiving, storage, blending, dosing, and dispatching processes. Control process variables and perform operational adjustments. Perform loading and unloading tasks for solid and/or liquid products. Verify safety conditions of equipment and facilities. Record operations and incidents in the relevant systems. Comply with safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards. Maintain the work area in an orderly and clean condition. Collaborate with other operational departments within the plant. ✅ Requirements Secondary technical education (Chemistry, Industrial, Electromechanical, or related fields). Prior experience in industrial operations (preferably in fertilizers, agro-industry, or chemical processes). Availability to work rotating shifts. Commitment to safety and teamwork.
