The role will play a central part in **machine, system, and data integration**, responsible for defining solutions, drafting technical specifications, and managing suppliers to ensure robust and scalable implementations. This position offers high growth potential into a leadership role as the automation function evolves. \[Moment Tha...ation Lead \| Word] **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Lead automation projects focused on equipment connectivity and data capture (OEE, performance, etc.). * Define automation and connectivity architectures (PLC – SCADA – HMI – external systems). * Draft technical specifications (URS) and requirements for suppliers. * Manage and supervise external suppliers, ensuring technical quality of solutions. * Actively participate in OT network (industrial network) implementation and IT integration. * Ensure correct communication between industrial systems via communication protocols. * Coordinate plant data integration into monitoring and analytics systems. * Execute projects in alignment with quality standards, EHS, and regulations. * Participate in digitalisation and Industry 4.0 initiatives within the site. **Required Profile** -------------------- ### **Education** * Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines. ### **Experience (Key)** * Prior experience in industrial automation, ideally combining: + Technical automation experience + Project management experience * Knowledge of: + PLC programming and architecture (Siemens preferred) + SCADA and HMI + Industrial system integration + Communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, TCP/IP) + OT networks and industrial connectivity * Experience in projects involving: + Machine integration into data systems + Automatic production KPI capture + Industrial connectivity / Industry 4.0 * Desirable: + Robotics experience + Experience in fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, or advanced automation industries. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- * Ability to define technical solutions (not merely execute or coordinate). * Drafting of technical specifications (URS, tender documents). * Knowledge of automation architecture and industrial systems. * Data and production system integration. * Tools: Advanced Excel, Project, AutoCAD (desirable). **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Strong technical judgment and autonomy. * Ability to engage as an equal with specialised suppliers. * Leadership without direct reports (managing indirect teams/suppliers). * Results orientation and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and execution capability. * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. **Languages** ----------- * Intermediate/advanced English (minimum level required to interact with global stakeholders). **Role Conditions** ----------------------- * On-site position. * Availability required to support plant implementations (including occasional work outside standard hours). **Job Posting End Date** 2026\-06\-05**Equal Opportunities** ----------------------- Haleon is committed to mobilising our purpose in a way that represents the diverse consumers and communities who rely on our brands every day.
