**About This Opportunity:**
We are seeking professionals for the role of **Mining Processes and Infrastructure Leader**, to join WSP Argentina’s team in San Juan Province, Argentina, to participate in an important on-site mining project under shift-based work arrangements.
Positions will focus on supporting geotechnical inspection, mining construction, slope stability, foundations, earthworks, and field technical control—contributing to the project’s safety, quality, and performance standards.
**Responsibilities:**
* Define technical guidelines and criteria for developing large-scale mining projects.
* Lead technical reviews, risk analyses, and engineering quality assurance processes.
* Manage project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
* Participate in developing technical-commercial proposals and project execution strategies.
* Identify opportunities to optimize processes and infrastructure to maximize operational efficiency.
* Serve as an internal consultant and technical reference for senior management and strategic clients.
* Participate in executive project reviews, ensuring technical consistency and alignment with business objectives.
* Identify trends, emerging technologies, and best practices applicable to mining project development.

* Drive CAPEX, OPEX, and operational productivity optimization strategies.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Master’s degree or specialization in Project Management or Strategic Leadership is desirable.
* Over 15 years of experience in mining, consulting, or infrastructure mining project development.
* Experience leading disciplines or technical areas in multidisciplinary environments.
* Strong experience in processing plants, mining infrastructure, tailings systems, leaching, hydraulic infrastructure, and water management.
