Roster 14x14 **Role Information** As a Mechanical Engineer, your focus will be on managing and planning mechanical maintenance of rotating and static equipment, ensuring reliable, efficient, and safe operations. You will be part of a team committed to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. As part of the Maintenance team, your key responsibilities will include: * Analyze equipment performance to anticipate failures and improve maintenance strategy * Plan resources (personnel, services, and materials) for scheduled shutdowns * Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions * Identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting production * Document interventions and manage maintenance and spare parts histories * Contribute to improving equipment maintainability, availability, and performance * Promote a culture of safety and learning within the team **About You** We are looking for someone with solid experience in planning and managing mechanical equipment maintenance.
