Key participation in accounting closings and comprehensive account analysis. We are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Administration & Finance team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the integrity and reliability of the company's accounting and financial information through detailed account analysis and support in preparing key reports for decision-making. The role actively contributes to daily operations, as well as to planning, control, and continuous improvement of processes, directly supporting business management and growth. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within accounting departments. Strong knowledge of general accounting, account analysis, and accounting closing processes. Knowledge of inflation adjustment (desirable). Responsibilities: Actively participate in the full execution of monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring adherence to established schedules. Record, analyze, and monitor accounting entries, guaranteeing accurate classification and consistency of information. Conduct comprehensive analysis of accounting accounts, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement (e.g., costs, trading assets, accounts receivable, investments, among others). Perform cost determination. Coordinate and participate in the company’s physical inventories, including travel to the production plant and distribution centers. Prepare and maintain inventories, working papers, and supporting documentation, ensuring information traceability and regulatory compliance. Collaborate in implementing and improving processes, internal controls, and accounting procedures, contributing to departmental efficiency and scalability. Perform calculation and analysis of inflation adjustments in accordance with current regulations. Participate in and support external audit activities. Collaborate in management control tasks.
