We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on and building our future on one clear purpose – to deliver a smoke\-free future. **Your Day to Day** * Manage end‑to‑end Order \& Invoice Management processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established standards. * Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding orders, invoicing, and related documentation. * Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex issues and discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and master data. * Ensure smooth data flow across systems (SAP and related tools) and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. * Monitor and report on key process KPIs (e.g., accuracy, aging, backlog, service levels) and take action to address deviations. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and process optimization. * Provide guidance and functional support to more junior team members, acting as a subject matter expert for the O\&I process. * Support transition, migration, or transformation projects impacting Order \& Invoice Management. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements. **What We Are Looking For** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. * Solid senior‑level experience in Order Management, Invoice Management, Order to Invoice / Order to Cash processes, preferably in a corporate or GBS environment. * Hands‑on experience with SAP (ideally in sales, billing, or O2I‑related modules). * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. * Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a regional or global environment. * Experience tracking KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics. * Advanced English, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently with international stakeholders. * Proactive, results‑oriented profile with strong attention to detail and focus on quality and customer service. * Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills. **What we offer** Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
