Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX index. **Job Description** * Lead, empower, and develop a direct team of specialists, guiding their daily work in executing regional projects. * Determine and establish picker staffing requirements for all stores across LATAM, ensuring the optimal mix of full-time and part-time staff based on volume and operational complexity. * Ensure all regional stores comply with operational frameworks: total number of pickers, number of shift supervisors, and store organization under workforce planning. * Guarantee correct configuration, parameterization, and regional rollout of the staffing tool (Orquest). * Monitor and ensure countries adhere to their allocated budgets and achieve established productivity and performance targets for personnel. * Lead and track the regional incentive program for pickers and store managers. * Collaborate strategically with the Talent Acquisition team to secure the required number of pickers as quickly as possible, anticipating business needs. * Lead end-to-end projects with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring each country’s operations teams execute regional directives without constant intervention from your direct manager. **Requirements** * Proven experience (5+ years) in Operations, Logistics, Workforce Management, or Planning roles — preferably with regional impact. * Demonstrable experience managing and developing teams. * Experience leading cross-regional projects where the main challenge was influencing and enabling local or decentralized teams to implement designed processes. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in SQL, Looker, or other data visualization tools.
