We have a new challenge for those who: \- Are protagonists of their own professional development and aim to maximize their talent. \- Are information integrators and aspire to deliver high-quality solutions. \- Are natural 'pushers' who make things happen. \- Are demanding, competitive, unwilling to settle for mere compliance, and constantly strive to surpass themselves. \#LI\-JA1 ### **Responsibilities:** * ### **Performance & SEM (70%)** **Campaign Management** + Execute, optimize, and manage Google Search SEM campaigns across all Despegar brands, with focus on Ecuador. + Monitor advertising budget allocation and autonomously decide on redistribution based on performance.**Analysis and Reporting** + Build actionable reports that translate data into clear insights for the team and stakeholders. + Use advanced SQL and Excel to extract, process, and analyze campaign data. + Interpret results and propose concrete, evidence-based strategies.**Experimentation** + Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for new formats, creatives, audiences, and optimization approaches. + Implement learnings rapidly: test fast, learn, and scale what works.### **Brand & Agencies (30%)** **Brand Strategy** + Co-lead brand awareness strategy for Ecuador in coordination with agencies and internal teams. + Ensure consistency with Despegar’s brand guidelines across all brand campaigns. + Balance performance and brand objectives within the overall marketing strategy.**Agency Management** + Manage relationships with advertising agencies: briefings, feedback, approvals, and negotiation of deliverables. + Evaluate creative and media proposals using strategic criteria. + Oversee production and launch of advertising campaigns (digital, OOH, video, display). ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields: industrial or civil engineering, economics, business administration, actuarial science, statistics, or related disciplines; * Experience in digital marketing/Growth; * Minimum 2–3 years of experience analyzing numerical KPIs and margins, and preparing reports; * Experience working with data in SQL; * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts); * Strong analytical ability, excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to adapt to changing and challenging environments, teamwork, and communication and synthesis capabilities.
