The expansion of the Technical Department means we are now seeking a candidate to fill the role of Technical Advisor for **Knauf Argentina (Córdoba)**, reporting to the **Technical Management**. **Can you say yes?** ------------------------- Do you treat your colleagues with respect? In this role, you will play a vital part in *serving as Knauf’s technical reference in the assigned region, promoting sound construction practices, strengthening relationships with customers and installers, and contributing to the brand’s technical-commercial positioning in the market.* **What will you be doing?** -------------------------- ️ Deliver technical and practical training to installers, distributors, applicators, and other construction industry stakeholders. ️ Develop, support, and strengthen Knauf’s network of certified installers. ️ Conduct on-site technical visits to verify correct system application and identify improvement opportunities. ️ Provide technical support during construction execution and post-sales phases. ️ Respond to technical inquiries from customers and internal teams. ️ Participate in new product and system launches, ensuring proper technical dissemination and application. ️ Manage technical complaints and follow up until resolution, coordinating with relevant departments. ️ Collaborate closely with the Specification Department when projects require technical support during the design phase. ️ Identify recurring on-site deviations, training needs, and market trends, reporting findings to Technical Management. ️ Contribute to the continuous improvement of training, technical support, and customer experience processes. **What would we like you to have?** ----------------------------------- We value you as a person — your attitude, behaviors, and values. Experience in the following areas is an added advantage: Construction Technician, Master Builder, Architect (desirable). Residence in Córdoba Capital. Practical experience and knowledge of dry construction systems. Knowledge of construction processes and on-site execution. Ability to interpret construction drawings and details. Basic understanding of technical regulations applicable to the sector. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software (desirable).
