We seek an organized, analytical individual with experience managing high-turnover payrolls, capable of working with precision and attention to detail. The position will play a key role in the accurate administration and settlement of employee compensation. Responsibilities - Payroll and daily wage calculations. - Monitoring of personnel updates, absences, and working hours. - Management and administration of high-turnover payrolls. - Personnel file and labor documentation control. - Handling employee inquiries related to payroll settlements. - Generation of reports and data monitoring. - Collaborative work with HR and Administration. - Attendance clock monitoring. Requirements - Advanced Excel proficiency. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile. - Currently studying or graduated as a Public Accountant, Bachelor in Administration, HR, or related field.
