Requirements: - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You must be able to use pivot tables, charts, and dashboards to effectively analyze and present data. - Strong planning and organizational skills to meet established deadlines and objectives. - Confidentiality in handling information. You will work with sensitive data, and ensuring its protection is paramount. - Flexibility and adaptability to change. Responsibilities: - Conduct management analyses and prepare monthly and annual reports. - Participate in budget preparation and monitoring, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions. - Collaborate in the planning of activities and projects, ensuring appropriate resource allocation. - Evaluate and optimize internal processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions. - Maintain open and effective communication with other team members and departments across the company. - Approve expenses based on the established budget. - Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) (Quality-Environment-Occupational Health and Safety).
