




Summary: This role involves providing technical assistance for GlobalLink products, monitoring and responding to user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with development teams. Train and guide less experienced colleagues **Who We Are** The GlobalLink Technology Services Engineering team provides TransPerfect’s customers and internal teams with excellent technical assistance on the GlobalLink suite of products. **What You Will Be Doing** * Build advanced understanding of GlobalLink technologies * Monitor and respond to user queries via the ticketing system * Troubleshoot technical issues related to GlobalLink products * Manage and generate licenses for some GlobalLink applications * Work in collaboration with our development team and product owners reporting bugs and tracking issues in the ticketing platform * Document issues internally for future reference using existing templates * Post and maintain information related to GlobalLink, customer requirements, or support procedures on the Intranet * Train and guide less experienced colleagues on GlobalLink and other applications * Assist in creating training materials for new and existing software and procedures * Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor **Required skills and experience** * Excellent oral and written communication skills in English * Ability to promptly answer support\-related email, phone calls and other electronic communications * Excellent skills with Windows * Interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people and being part of a team * Ability to follow procedures to meet deadlines * Self\-motivated, detail\-oriented and organized * Ability to self\-learn new technologies and skills based on documentation, eLearning, and simulated test scenarios * Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent professional experience in a similar position * Experience in technical support and bug reporting tools, identifying, documenting and tracking support issues and defects *In order to apply, please submit your CV in* ***English***
