Meet up with colleagues and friends over cocktails at Pony Line and dry\-aged steaks at Elena, or enjoy a local tradition – Sunday barbecue – in our secret garden. **BASIC PURPOSE:** Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment, including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire safety, HVAC, and refrigeration systems; interior finishes, painting, and decoration; as well as respond efficiently, courteously, and professionally to inquiries and issues to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, in compliance with all Four Seasons policies. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** Implement and perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and update corresponding records. Diagnose and carry out all equipment repairs, including motors, starters, circuit breakers, chillers, and associated equipment throughout the building. Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors. Respond promptly to guest requests related to room maintenance and equipment in rooms or public areas. Respond to all emergency situations, such as fires, electrical failures, etc. Clean all Engineering Department areas, grease traps, plumbing blockages, and maintain an organized department and hotel. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** **Education:** Completed secondary education or equivalent experience. **Experience:** Required experience for this position is one to two years of employment in a related role at Four Seasons or another organization. **Skills and Abilities:** Requires operational technical knowledge in general building maintenance. Such knowledge is typically acquired on the job or through a series of professional certifications. Requires knowledge and ability to operate computer equipment.
