Handling measuring instruments and dimensional control A metallurgical company with 60 years of industry experience, located in Villa Urquiza – C.A.B.A., is seeking an EXPERIENCED LATHE OPERATOR to join our production team. • Machining parts on a parallel lathe • Maintenance and cleaning of the lathe, tools, and work area • Initial measurement (to verify that the raw material is sufficient to meet drawing requirements) and final measurement of finished parts. • Drill bit sharpening • Part measurement • Threading and polishing of parts • Requirements: verifiable experience in this position • Mass part production • Custom part manufacturing • Setting up and organizing the lathe for machining processes • Applying dimensional control (as specified in drawings) during the machining part fabrication process • Preventive and corrective maintenance of the lathe • Handling measuring instruments Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–12:30 and 13:00–17:00 Work Mode: On-site Work Location: Villa Urquiza - CABA Employment Type: Formal employment relationship with indefinite-term contract Requirements • Minimum Education: High School • 1 year of experience Salary commensurate with the position under UOM collective agreement . -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School 1 year of experience
