Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to manage the organization's financial resources, overseeing cash flows, collections, payments, and banking relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead projects within the department Grupo Metropol is a nationally based business group operating in four business areas: Public Passenger Transportation, Automotive, Agro, and Fintech. We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst. The role’s mission is to manage the organization’s financial resources by overseeing cash flows, collections, payments, and banking relationships, ensuring fund availability and compliance with financial obligations. Main Responsibilities: Administer daily fund flows, monitoring income and expenses. Execute and monitor payments to suppliers, taxes, salaries, and services. Manage collections and track accounts receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor transactions. Maintain operational relationships with banks and financial institutions. Monitor the budget for banking commissions. Responsible for leading projects within the department. Knowledge and Requirements: Advanced students or graduates in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Mandatory). Advanced Excel (Mandatory). Intermediate Power BI (Desirable). Proficiency in interbanking platforms and management systems. Minimum 3 years of prior experience in treasury, administration, or finance (Mandatory). Experience handling banking operations (payments, collections) and liaising with banking institutions. Experience in cash flow tracking and reporting. Conditions: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., hybrid work model.
