We are currently seeking a Collections Analyst. The role’s mission is to manage collections from the delinquent customer portfolio with a focus on results, contributing judgment, autonomy, and analytical capability to maximize recoveries and ensure proper execution of strategies defined by the Fintech. Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in designing, optimizing, and fine-tuning the credit collection model, providing an operational and analytical perspective. Execute collection strategies defined in the Collection Plan, adjusting daily operations according to portfolio behavior. Manage daily collection operations, including client contact, negotiation of credit-related solutions, and accurate updating of records. Responsible for designing and executing collection campaigns, collaborating in implementing portfolio recovery strategies. Analyze data and results of collection management, identify deviations and risks, and prepare key performance indicator reports for the Risk Department. Knowledge and Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in collections departments, preferably within fintechs, financial institutions, insurance companies, or specialized call centers (Mandatory). Solid knowledge of multichannel collection strategies and portfolio management across various delinquency stages. Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and digital collection platforms (e.g., Chattigo or others). Advanced Excel skills applied to portfolio analysis, tracking of indicators, and management control.
