Profile We Seek: Previous experience in team management within late-stage collections. Ability to develop and analyze metrics and reports. Team training and follow-up. Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. Leadership ability and SLA compliance. Work Modality: On-site, located in Microcentro, CABA. Full-time schedule.
