Semi-Senior Technical Analyst – Quantity Surveying and Budgeting (Infrastructure) Job Description We are looking for a Semi-Senior Technical Analyst with experience in quantity surveying, budget preparation, and tender proposal compilation for public and private tenders. The selected candidate will join the team responsible for developing competitive and technically sound proposals for engineering, architecture, and infrastructure projects. Mandatory Requirements Education: Civil Engineer or related degree. Experience (2–3 years) in: Quantity surveying. Construction budgeting and unit price analysis. Tender document analysis. Engineering, architecture, or infrastructure projects or construction works (mandatory). Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD. Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred). Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in calculation software (civil, structural, or similar). Experience in public tenders: interpretation of tender documents, preparation of documentation, and platform submission. Knowledge of industry suppliers and construction materials market.
