Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing proposals, conducting geotechnical analysis, performing structural calculations, and managing budgets and construction certifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of competitive and well-structured proposals 2. Geotechnical analysis and development of technical alternatives 3.
