Position Objective Coordinate and supervise the field team, ensuring accurate project execution, client satisfaction and achievement of the agency’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and train the field team for promotions, events, surveys and other activities. Develop routes and training schedules, keeping them updated according to project requirements. Ensure and monitor fulfillment of client needs as the project evolves. Coordinate with suppliers and supervisors to guarantee availability of required materials for activities. Present project progress and results to the Team Manager Leader. Collaborate with Human Resources on personnel management tasks: salary processing, AFIP registrations and terminations, documentation requests for onboarding. Requirements Experience in Trade Marketing or promotions agency. Proficiency in Excel. Strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments.
