Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Center Operator to monitor, control, and coordinate surveillance, security, and satellite tracking services, ensuring rapid and efficient responses to incidents. Coordination of surveillance and satellite tracking services We are currently looking for an Operations Center Operator to join our team. We seek dynamic profiles with strong responsiveness, attention to detail, and experience in operational monitoring within the security or logistics sectors. What will be your main challenge? You will be responsible for real-time monitoring, control, and coordination of surveillance, security, and satellite tracking services, ensuring rapid and efficient responses to incidents in accordance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Real-time monitoring of targets and operational vehicles Personalized support to security guards and surveillance personnel Receiving and managing field personnel updates Activating protocols in response to emergencies or incidents Coordinating with security vehicles and supervisors Recording events in systems (Softguard, Vigicontrol, Maxtracker, or others) Monitoring staff attendance and operational status Escalating critical incidents Preparing reports and shift handover documentation Communicating with clients (as applicable) Mandatory Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in monitoring, operations centers, private security, or logistics Proficiency in computer systems and monitoring platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) Completed secondary education with official transcript Availability to work rotating shifts Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with systems such as Softguard, Vigicontrol, or Maxtracker Knowledge of satellite tracking (CCTV / GPS) Familiarity with security and emergency protocols Experience in private security companies Residence in Capital Federal or nearby areas Competencies We Seek Clear and effective communication Commitment and accountability Organization and attention to detail Teamwork Working Conditions Rotating 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00 Weekends: 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00) Work regime: 200 hours per month Work modality: 100% on-site If you are interested in joining a professional team operating in a dynamic environment, we look forward to your application!. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school years of experience Age: between 21 and 40 years Keywords: operator, operative, operator, monitorist
