Job Summary: BRUKE SA seeks an Integrity Engineer to lead, develop, and strategically position its Integrity Area in the Oil & Gas market, managing contracts and technical teams. Key Highlights: 1. Learning cutting-edge technology and a pleasant working environment At BRUKE SA, a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) company, we are seeking an INTEGRITY ENGINEER to join our technical team for a Long-Term Project. Location: Capital Federal Work Mode: Hybrid Job Objective: Develop, consolidate, and lead Bruke’s Integrity Area, starting with proper execution of current contracts, building in-house technical capabilities, establishing internal methodology, and achieving strategic positioning in the Oil & Gas market. Main Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensively lead the Integrity and NDT services contract. 2. Act as the technical and contractual liaison between the client and Bruke. 3. Coordinate integrity engineering, NDT execution, and specialized subcontractors. 4. Develop and strengthen Bruke’s Integrity Department as a high-value-added technical unit in Oil & Gas. 5. Maximize revenue according to contract opportunities, always considering cost efficiency. 6. Triple role of the position: Contractual Project Management, Integrity Engineering, and development of the new Department. Profile: Engineer (mandatory). Specialization in Integrity / Corrosion / NDT (desirable). API 510, 570 or 580 certification (highly valued). NDT Level III (desirable, not mandatory). 3+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas (highly valued). Proven experience in: Asset Integrity, Plant Inspection, Technical Contract Management, Coordination of Technical Teams. Hard Skills: API 510 / 570 / 653; API 580 / 581; API 579 (FFS); ASME B31.3 / Section V. Knowledge of corrosion, damage mechanisms (H2S, CO2, MIC, etc.) (desirable, not mandatory). Advanced interpretation of NDT results. Soft Skills: Technical leadership. Negotiation ability. Executive communication. Operational pressure management. Systems thinking.
