Requirements for the Position: - Prior experience as a Cook, preferably in traditional Italian cuisine. - Valid Food Handling Certificate. - Up-to-date Sanitary Record. Job Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s quality standards. - Ensure all ingredients and products used are fresh and in optimal condition. - Collaborate with the kitchen team in menu development and creation of new dishes. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work area. - Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
