Job Summary: We are seeking a cybersecurity professional to design, implement, and operate advanced solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, while technically leading small teams. Key Highlights: 1. Work Modality * Hybrid work model, with one weekly in-person attendance at Parque Patricios (CABA). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * On-call duty schedule. Responsibilities * Design, implement, and operate advanced cybersecurity solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. * Administer and optimize detection, response, and protection capabilities using Microsoft Defender products. * Implement and manage data protection, compliance, and information governance solutions with Microsoft Purview. * Participate in threat modeling, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives for security operations. * Automate cybersecurity processes and tasks, focusing on operational efficiency and standardization. * Technically lead small teams, supporting execution, prioritization, and resolution of day-to-day challenges. * Collaborate with various departments to strengthen compliance frameworks, risk management, and comprehensive information protection. * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes, controls, and security practices, promoting an integrated view of operations. Mandatory Requirements * Solid experience in cybersecurity operations. * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles. * Hands-on experience with multiple Microsoft Defender products. * Proficiency in Microsoft Purview capabilities focused on data protection, compliance, and information governance. * Experience leading small technical teams of at least 2 to 5 people. * Advanced knowledge of threat modeling. * Advanced knowledge of incident response. * Experience in security automation, preferably with PowerShell. * Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks. * University degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency, mandatory. Desirable Requirements * Additional experience in continuous improvement of cybersecurity operations. * Holistic perspective to integrate security, compliance, and automation capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. * Experience in corporate environments with a high level of cybersecurity maturity.
