Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead project transformation and efficiency, increasing delivery predictability and quality while fostering continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Practical mastery of Scrum and flow management We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead the transformation and efficiency of multiple projects. Mission: Increase delivery predictability and quality by removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Challenges: Facilitation of Ceremonies: Ensure effectiveness of Daily Stand-ups, Planning Meetings, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinements. Impediment Management: Proactively identify and remove blockers (access issues, dependencies, third parties) to protect team focus. Support to the Product Owner: Collaborate on backlog refinement, definition of acceptance criteria, prioritization, and story slicing. Quality and Agreements: Promote adherence to DoR/DoD and WIP policies to reduce rework and bugs. Metrics and Transparency: Provide visibility into progress and risks using Jira dashboards (Lead Time, Throughput, Predictability). Coaching: Drive self-management and servant leadership within a diverse team. What We Are Looking For: Practical mastery of Scrum and flow management (basic Kanban). Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence (JQL filters, reports, dashboards). Functional knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): QA, environments, UAT, and familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD concepts. University education (advanced or completed). Soft Skills: Servant Leadership: Ability to influence without authority and quickly build trust. Assertive Communication: Skill to negotiate with stakeholders and resolve conflicts. Proactivity: Autonomy to drive retrospective action items into real execution. Desirable: PSM or CSM certifications. Experience with digital products involving multiple stakeholders. Working Conditions Work Modality: Hybrid / Belgrano, CABA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
