We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter / Generalist Human Resources Professional to join our team. Main Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end IT profile selection processes. Identify candidate profiles in collaboration with internal leaders and subject matter experts. Publish job postings on various platforms and screen candidates. Actively search for candidates. Filter CVs and pre-select profiles. Conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with the team. Manage the hiring process and onboarding. Organize documentation for new employees. Perform generalist Human Resources tasks. Requirements: Previous experience in personnel recruitment, preferably of IT profiles. Knowledge of the technology market and its main positions (preferred). Interest in developing an integrated role within the Human Resources department and willingness to undergo training in IT profiles if necessary. Strong communication, organizational, and process management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in technology companies. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
