Role Mission: Accompany the implementation of financial IT solutions, ensure business continuity through system monitoring, and deliver excellent service to our clients. What Are We Looking For? Education: Advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Experience: 2–3 years in similar roles (functional support, financial systems implementation, or stock exchange operational areas). Knowledge: Solid accounting foundation and familiarity with the stock exchange/capital markets sector. Tools: Microsoft Office (advanced level) and prior experience in application parameterization and incident management. We Value: Autonomy, analytical ability, and a constant willingness to learn. What Will Be Your Main Challenges? Monitor and conduct analytical follow-up of daily stock exchange system operations. Assist clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure smooth interaction. Diagnose, alert on, and follow up on incidents reported in applications. Actively participate in system parameterization, configuration, and implementation across various projects. Monitor connections with external entities and manage complex escalations. Prepare and deliver training sessions for platform users. Work Mode: IN-PERSON Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM. Location: Microcenter, CABA. Direct hiring through the Company. What Benefits Do We Offer?
