Job Summary: We are seeking a Guidewire Claim Center Integration Tech Lead to technically lead and serve as the liaison between the client and the development team, providing support and defining solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technically lead integrations in Guidewire Claim Center. 2. Serve as the liaison between the client and the international development team. 3. Working hours aligned with Spain: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ESP (5 a.m. to 2 p.m. ARG). Responsibilities Technically lead integrations in Guidewire Claim Center. Act as the liaison between the client in Spain and the development team located in India. Develop and define User Stories, supporting the development team in designing the technical solution. Provide technical support to developers in the GOSU language. Collaborate with Business Analysts to define the optimal technical solution from the Guidewire perspective. Ensure correct implementation of integrations and alignment with Guidewire standards. Mandatory Requirements Official Guidewire certification (core insurance system). Minimum 3–4 years of experience configuring Guidewire Claim Center, with focus on integrations. Previous experience as a technical reference or Tech Lead. Ability to interact directly with clients. Intermediate or advanced English, with fluency to communicate effectively with international teams. Desirable Requirements Previous experience working with distributed teams (Europe / India).
