About the Role At bdt global, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Back Office professional to join our team and support commercial operations in a key role involving support, control, and monitoring. The position aims to ensure the integrity, consistency, and traceability of commercial information, guaranteeing accurate and timely invoicing aligned with customer agreements, and directly contributing to operational efficiency and company revenue flow. Main Responsibilities Provide daily operational support to commercial leaders. Receive, validate, and register customer purchase orders. Consolidate and transcribe commercial information into administrative systems, ensuring accuracy for invoicing purposes. Manage the sending of commercial proposals, renewals, and updates of terms and conditions. Validate worked hours per period and their correct allocation with team leaders. Ensure coherence among worked hours, approved proposals, and current terms and conditions. Monitor expiration dates of purchase orders and contracts, managing adjustments (e.g., IPC or others). Control billed hours, rates, payment terms, and identify deviations. Coordinate and communicate price adjustments with customers. Manage administrative onboarding of new customers (forms, files, etc.). Keep the CRM updated with relevant information. Prepare monthly pre-invoicing. Secondary Responsibilities Participate in the commercial team’s operational meetings. Administer and maintain up-to-date digital customer files. Generate identifiers (IDs) for new projects or proposals. Coordinate meetings with customers when necessary, supporting the commercial area and management. · Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial back office or administration roles related to the commercial area. Experience in service, consulting, or IT companies will be valued. Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
