Opportunity to join a growing organization We are looking for a Semi-Senior Accounting Analyst to join an insurance company, in a position that will have a relevant role in daily accounting management and operations. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out accounting entries and analysis, reconciliations, administrative controls, and preparation of financial information, providing support to management and contributing to the improvement and optimization of the area's processes. Main responsibilities • Perform accounting entries and account analysis, including reconciliations, provisions, and monthly closings. • Control and record expense reports and corporate card expenditures. • Manage rentals comprehensively, tracking contracts, expirations, updates, and corresponding entries. • Administer and control the payment of services. • Prepare and update the Cash Flow daily, collaborating in the automation of the process. • Perform daily tracking and control of payment orders and advances in the management system. • Manage the filing of lawsuits and mediations, and collaborate with audit requirements. • Prepare reports and statements for management and provide assistance with specific sector requirements. Requirements • Education: Students of Economic Sciences (Public Accountant, Bachelor in Administration or related degrees). • Experience: Between 2 and 3 years of experience in similar accounting and/or administrative positions. • Systems: Knowledge of management systems and accounting software. • Computer tools: Intermediate/advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook.
