Description As a Software Engineering Architect, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise\-grade applications. Leading the way when there is ambiguity with requirements and priorities **Responsibilities:****Architecture \& Design:** * Define, design, and document application and system architectures with a focus on .NET frameworks and cloud\-native principles. * Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and coding best practices. * Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost\-effective. **Technical Leadership:** * Guide engineering teams through technical decisions and implementation. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. * Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. **Collaboration \& Delivery:** * Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Partner with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (Azure preferred). * Support the evaluation and integration of third\-party tools, frameworks, and APIs. **Governance \& Innovation:** * Define and maintain reference architectures and reusable components. * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Requirements **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience. MUST be proficient in written and spoken English and Spanish (85%) 10\+ years of software development experience in general 5\+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role 8\+ years of Web Applications, Web API development using .NET Framework, .NET Core Excellent understanding of ASP.NET WebForms. Working experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure API Management. Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and event\-driven architectures. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP). Knowledge of React/Vue.js is a plus. Excellent problem\-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose innovative solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and growth.
