Description Our client operates in the healthcare industry , developing a wide range of products including nutritional supplements, generic medicines, cardiovascular and neuromodulation devices, diagnostic instruments, and diabetes care solutions. **Requirements:** * Proven experience leading performance testing initiatives for enterprise applications (on\-premise and cloud). * Expertise in LoadRunner – MUST. * Strong knowledge of performance engineering, including bottleneck identification and system optimization. * Hands\-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics ). * Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, NeoLoad, k6, Gatling, Locust ). * Experience with enterprise software applications such as SAP, Salesforce, and other large\-scale business platforms . * Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, metrics, and logs. * Ability to collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Infrastructure teams. **Nice to have:** * Coding skills ( C, Java, Python, JavaScript ) to customize load test scripts. * Familiarity with profiling tools, Grafana, Prometheus, or the ELK stack. * Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix). 3 years
