Resumen del Puesto: This role involves analyzing, controlling, and ensuring the accounting integrity of key accounts, identifying risks, proposing improvements, and strengthening process automation and documentation. Colaboración interna para la aplicación de políticas contables **Responsabilidades del Puesto** * Posición responsible de analizar, controlar y asegurar la integridad contable de cuentas clave, así como identificar riesgos, proponer mejoras y fortalecer la automatización y documentación de procesos, en alineación con políticas corporativas y requerimientos de auditoría. * Responsabilidades principales: * Preparar, analizar y validar registros contables y papeles de trabajo de cuentas bajo su gestión, asegurando exactitud, oportunidad y trazabilidad. * Gestionar y dar ownership a procesos contables relacionados con: * Activos fijos e intangibles * Comprobaciones de tarjeta empresarial * Arrendamientos D\-5 Local y USGAAP * Conciliaciones bancarias * Realizar análisis de variaciones, depuraciones y conciliaciones contables, identificando causas raíz y proponiendo acciones correctivas. * Participar activamente en la automatización, estandarización y documentación de procesos contables, buscando eficiencias operativas y mitigación de riesgos. * Atender requerimientos de auditoría interna y externa, proporcionando soporte, análisis y explicaciones. * Colaborar con áreas internas para asegurar una correcta aplicación de políticas contables y una adecuada calidad de la información financiera. * Contribuir a la mejora continua del control interno dentro del área **Requisitos** * Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública * 2 a 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad general o posiciones similares, preferentemente en empresas multinacionales. * Experiencia en análisis contable, conciliaciones y control de cuentas de balance. * Ingles intermedio. * Alta capacidad analítica, criterio contable y orientación a la mejora de procesos. * **Habilidad para trabajar en horario mexicano** *At Assurant, we celebrate the differences that make us who we are.
