You will have access to exclusive courses and certifications. **What Challenges Await You:** * Manage synchronous training, coordinate network of internal and external facilitators. * Comprehensive management of all actions required to ensure efficient execution of synchronous trainings. * Manage the BU environment on the platform, control assignments, completions, and produce valuable indicators (through basic and consultative use of tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, Google Data Studio). * Ensure compliance with the defined communication plan for the year. * Design and prepare communications (posts, emails, etc). * Disseminate training offerings across different channels (email, googlechat...) to ensure participation; prior to and during the training, ensuring adherence throughout the program. * Achieve agreed KPI-targets in learning. * Schedule agendas for both internal and external trainers. Identify who they are, coordinate date and time with them, reserve rooms, keep them constantly informed to avoid uncertainty about their role in the training (where, how, when, etc). * Proactively create agendas, invitations, calendars, and reminders. * Facilitate conducted synchronous sessions (onboarding and courses) on the Learning Hub platform. * Maintain key indicators, metrics, and databases up to date. Report opportunities timely, ensuring proactive action plans to improve results and achieve objectives (KPI-Target). * Participate in training initiatives by facilitating learning spaces, logistical tasks related to setup of the training environment, communication and participant follow-up regarding attendance and experience, follow-up reports, and general support. * Track survey results and analyze main insights to share with stakeholders (ideally detect warnings during training to iterate during its execution). * Ensure adequate response rate levels for surveys sent to participants. * Generate and share recurring attendance reports. Notify participants and their leaders when expected adherence is not achieved, including absences or dropouts in trainings. * Create spaces with a regional and inclusive approach. * Participate in defining processes and tools to execute standardization in onboarding and continuous training programs. Job Qualifications **What will make you successful:** * University degree in Human Resources, Education Sciences, Social Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, or other fields related to the role. * Previous experience facilitating educational and classroom settings, both virtual and in-person. * Experience in tracking and supporting students. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience using LMS and Virtual Classroom platforms. * Experience creating reports and developing continuous improvement plans. * Knowledge of agile methodologies, digital learning, and design methodologies such as design thinking will be valued. * Familiarity with Excel and Tableau tools will be an advantage.
