**Specific profile description** Machine Learning Engineers design, develop and implement machine learning systems to solve real-world problems. This involves gathering data from various sources, cleaning it to remove errors and inconsistencies, and preparing it in a format suitable for machine learning models.* * *Develop and train models. This involves selecting the appropriate machine learning algorithm for the problem at hand, training the model using prepared data, and evaluating model performance.* * *Deploy models into production. This involves making the trained model available to users so it can make predictions on new data.* * *Monitor and maintain machine learning models. This involves monitoring the performance of deployed models and making necessary adjustments to ensure they continue operating effectively.* * *Collaborate with other engineers and data scientists.
