Job Summary: We are seeking Machine Learning Engineers to productionize models, optimize processes, design MLOps strategies, and manage analytics projects. Key Highlights: 1. MLOps management for analytics and professional development projects We are looking for **Machine Learning Engineers** to join our teams in **Argentina** and **Colombia**. These positions are **100% remote** for individuals residing in **either of the two countries**. **Responsibilities**: A **Machine Learning Engineer** is responsible for productionizing models developed by Data Scientists. In this context, their responsibilities include: * Participating in the development of standards for data analytics and machine learning, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and leverage information. * Implementing analytical models as services on platforms such as Azure and AWS. * Designing CI/CD pipelines for analytics processes. * Designing MLOps strategies for model experimentation and deployment. * Defining development standards for analytics projects. * Managing MLOps for analytics projects. * Designing and building data models that ensure high-quality data extracted from one or multiple sources, enabling better interpretation of results and more informed decision-making. ###### **Requirements** * One year (or more) of experience with MLOps practices. * Knowledge of statistical modeling. * Knowledge of data mining. * Python, R (mandatory). * SQL, Docker, and Shell Scripting (desirable). * Intermediate English (spoken and written). * Experience with model deployment strategies on cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks). ###### **Benefits** Some of our benefits include: An excellent work environment and stability at a company that has grown at double-digit rates for the past 5 years.
