Analyze critical process variables and identify optimization opportunities. Design and develop dashboards and KPIs in Power BI. Automate data capture, transformation, and analysis using Power Query and Microsoft Power Platform tools. Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, Excel, databases, and plant systems). Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance analytics, automate tasks, and accelerate decision-making. Develop performance indicators (OEE, Scrap, Yield, Productivity, Consumption, Quality, etc.). Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive the plant’s digital transformation. **Challenges:** Contribute to the professionalization of the plant by implementing digital solutions, fostering a data-driven culture, and delivering projects with measurable impact on productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency. **Qualifications:** * Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineer or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial processes. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, data modeling, and DAX. * Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel. * Experience in Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) is highly desirable. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical thinking. * Results orientation. * Project leadership. * Innovation and digital mindset. * Ability to solve complex problems. * Effective communication and teamwork. **Customer Focus:** Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction, ensuring our services effectively support their goals and enhance their experience.
