Modern work culture with flexible hours and remote work options **Main Responsibilities and Functions** * Ensure Procurement (Zero Plant Stoppages): Issue and schedule purchase orders aligned with the production plan and MRP. Track purchase orders from internal request to final delivery. * Inventory Control: Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels in coordination with the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate prices and payment terms. Update prices in the system. Cost Analysis: Perform quotation comparisons (comparative tables) and total cost of acquisition analyses. * Incident Resolution: Manage claims related to defective products, delivery delays, or billing discrepancies. **Required Profile and Qualifications** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Logistics Degree, International Trade, or Business Administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in production purchasing within manufacturing plants (metal-mechanical, automotive, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or plastics). * SAP preferred **Why Work at Epta** At Epta, we believe our employees are the engine of our success.
