You will have access to: * Training sessions, workshops, and development activities. * Business onboarding and meetings with Molinos subject-matter experts. * Participation in challenging and high-impact projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review, scheduling, and execution of the Preventive Maintenance Plan. * Repair of operational line equipment. * Management and control of maintenance work orders. * Planning of Risk Notice programs; performing corresponding follow-up. * Generation of improvements and standardization of maintenance processes. * Management of spare parts for critical equipment and analysis of minimum required stock levels. * Creation, analysis, and monitoring of daily/monthly/annual management indicators. * Development of maintenance plans/routines/protocols for electronic machines and equipment. * Programming of frequency inverters and PLCs. **Requirements:** * Graduates or soon-to-graduate professionals in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, with knowledge of industrial equipment. * Proficiency in digital tools: Basic Microsoft Office suite.
