UI Designer with Experience

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced UI Designer to lead the vision and creation of innovative, multi-platform design systems. Key Highlights: 1. We build products for top-tier Media, Brands, and Organizations across Latin America and the USA from Argentina. Our team focuses on developing innovative, multi-platform, high-traffic experiences. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop a systematic design vision and roadmap. * Create design systems and libraries. * Ensure usability of design systems across devices (laptops, smartphones, and tablets) and supported channels (apps and websites). * Produce specific and clear documentation. * Design specific processes for creating and using assets, templates, components, and patterns. * Audit and ensure correct implementation of the design system. * Measure adoption and success of the design system. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Minimum 2 years of UI experience. * Experience designing digital products (web and mobile) from concept to launch. * Knowledge of user research, user testing, and usability patterns to collaborate effectively with UX Designers. * UI experience for responsive web platforms and mobile applications, with pixel-perfect attention to detail. * Experience managing design systems for responsive web platforms and mobile applications. * Passion for creating value through exceptional user experience and exceptionally clean design. **How to Apply** ------------------- If you are interested in joining our team, please send access to your LinkedIn profile or attach your CV to empleos@iconosur.com (Reference: UI Designer with Experience).
