Staff Full Stack Developer ### **What You’ll Do** * Develop fullstack features with a focus on **quality, performance, and scalability**. * Implement **pixel-perfect**, responsive, and accessible interfaces. * Build and maintain **REST and/or GraphQL APIs**. * Identify opportunities for **refactoring and technical debt reduction**. * Actively participate in code reviews and team ceremonies. * Collaborate with frontend, backend, design, and QA throughout the development lifecycle. ### **What We’re Looking For** * Solid experience in **frontend with React + TypeScript**, responsive UI, and UX best practices. * Experience in **backend with JavaScript / Node.js**. * Proficiency in managing **complex state** on the frontend and **asynchronous flows** on the backend. * Experience with **SQL and NoSQL databases**, including modeling and query optimization. * Knowledge of **frontend and backend testing** (unit, integration, component tests). * Experience in **performance optimization** (memoization, code splitting, etc.). * Sound judgment in **logging, error handling, and observability**. * Knowledge of **accessibility (WCAG)**. * Autonomy to estimate tasks and eagerness to grow, mentor junior profiles, and learn from senior colleagues Benefits: 15 business days of PTO.
